The Monaco Yacht Show returns for its 26th edition between 28th September and 1st October 2016. The illustrious event is the most highly-anticipated boat show in Europe with some of the largest and most expensive superyachts in the world on display. Around 125 superyachts will be exhibited across Monaco’s two ports and 40 new launches will be unveiled.
The Principality of Monaco provides the perfect setting for such an impressive display of nautical craftsmanship and innovation. The yachting industry’s key players will spend four days at numerous exhibitions, conferences and social events. Aside from yacht Owners and Brokers, the MYS will be attended by shipyards, designers, crews and yachting enthusiasts. The event is the ultimate luxury networking event for prospective buyers and charterers to view superyachts before they head to the Caribbean for the winter season.
The Monaco Yacht Show attracts an average of 34,000 people from over 40 different countries. In addition to the superyachts on display, there will be almost 600 exhibitors presenting the latest yachting accessories. The exclusive annual show also welcomes players from the luxury sector, including exhibitors of prestige transportation, high-end goods and deluxe accessories. The world’s leading full-service yacht brokerage, Fraser Yachts, will also be in attendance with a range of exceptional superyachts for sale, both in Port Hercules and at anchor just outside.
Leading the fleet of Fraser Yachts exhibition in Monaco’s Port Hercule, M/Y BOADICEA will be on display. The classic 76.6m Amels superyacht has recently been refitted and is an instantly recognisable sight along the French Riviera.
The equally spectacular M/Y AE CAP D’ANTIBES will also vie for attention in Port Hercules. The 56m Benetti was launched in 2007 and her sleek exterior, expansive deck spaces and guest elevator have contributed to her status as one of the most successful +50m class of yachts ever produced.
M/Y HELIO 2 is a 51.13m superyacht of ultimate quality. Constructed by Palmer Johnson in 2002 and undergoing full refit in 2015, the vessel is presented in excellent condition, with sophisticated interiors designed by Patrick Knowles and a sleek exterior by Sparkman and Stephens.
Grand in grace and performance, S/Y NATIVA is an outstanding 48m sailing yacht, built by Arzana Navi in 2013. Her layout blends the best of sailing yacht engineering with the spacious design of a motor yacht.
Another eye-catching sailing yacht, S/Y PINK GIN represents Baltic Yachts’ fantastic craftsmanship. The 46.23m cruising yacht is a performance powerhouse and has already enjoyed over 200,000 miles of sailing since 2006.
M/Y ECLIPSE is another Dutch masterpiece, this time designed by Feadship and launched in 1993. The 43m vessel is stylish inside and out and comes with large tenders.
The 21.44m M/Y YXT-20 is likely to generate great interest due to its versatility. The multi-purpose vessel can either offer standby/support/safety services to a larger yacht or operate as a stand-alone craft for up to four guests.
Fraser Yachts will also have a further 18 yachts at anchor just outside the port, and will be available for prospective buyers to view: 107.4m M/Y ULYSSES, M/Y VICKY, M/Y FORCE BLUE, 56m M/Y ULYSSES, M/Y LADY NAG NAG, M/Y VICTORY, M/Y VICTORIA DEL MAR, M/Y NASSIMA, M/Y AFRICA, M/Y BELUGA, M/Y DEEP BLUE II, S/Y VICTORIA, M/Y SIMA, S/Y CYRANO DE BERGERAC, M/Y BACHATA QUEEN, S/Y SELJM, M/Y HELIAD II, and M/Y MRS D.
